Committee Goals:                    

To advise the President and Executive Council on abiding by the MASFAA Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, Policy and Procedures Manual, and to develop long-term recommendations related to MASFAA’s mission, structure, operation, and service to members.

Summary of Activities:

The committee was extremely busy and met several times during the year.  A summary of activities is:

The Policy and Procedures Manual was updated and posted to the website

A proposal to change the definition of retired members in the By-Laws was approved

A membership survey was created and posted to the website

A Statement of Ethics and Professionalism was approved

A two day long range planning retreat was held in August

Summary of survey results were posted to the website

A Five year long range plan was developed and passed by the Executive Council
