  1. Committee Strategic Long Range Plan Goals:       

 

      The Strategic Long Range Plan calls for a bi-annual leadership development program.  In the     years in which the leadership program is not held, MASFAA is to offer a colloquia or        symposium on financial aid topics.  In 2008, we will offer a symposium on ethics.

 

      We have retained Scott Raecker of Character Counts! In Iowa for our presenters.  They are     affiliated with Drake University.

 

      The symposium is tentatively scheduled to start at noon on Tuesday, July 29 and end at noon on            Thursday, August 1.  The location will be in Des Moines.

 

  1. Activities planned, not yet completed toward Strategic Long Range Plan Goals:

 

      Continue to work on the agenda with Scott.

      Get names of two attendees from each state with one alternate.
