Conference Checklist Conference registration hours and location: Hotel check-in at the Hilton Netherlands Plaza is 3:00 pm. Hotel self-parking is $18.00 and valet parking is $21.00 daily. Additional parking information provided in chart. Airport Executive Shuttle is located inside the baggage claim area of Terminals 2 and 3. The cost is $15.00 one way. Gratuities are not included. Rates are per person and are subject to change. Please note that there is a two-bag maximum. Airport Executive Shuttle will accept cash, AMEX, MC or VISA for payment. To book your service, call 24 hours prior to arrival or departure at 800-990-8841 or 859-261-8841. The Cincinnati airport is located in northern Kentucky, 12 miles from the hotel. Look for the Guest Relations table at the Hilton for assistance on Saturday from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm and Sunday from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm. They will provide restaurant listings, local attractions, discount coupons, and city maps for all conference attendees. Conference attire is business casual. All conference sessions will be at the Duke Energy Center, a short block from the hotel. Bring walking shoes. The Duke Energy Center does not have a coat check. There is a Starbucks and concession stand located at the Duke Center; however they do not accept credit cards. There is an ATM located in the building. Meals: Please arrive on time for all meal functions. Morning Walk - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 6:00 am - 7:00 am. Meet in the Hilton Lobby. Bring your favorite sports team attire to wear on Sunday for game night. There will be large screen televisions, board games, and cards for everyone to enjoy. Bring a board game to play. All board games will be donated to the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative charity. Cash or credit will be accepted but room charge will not be available. The event on Tuesday evening will be at the famous National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, a few blocks from the hotel. There will be one bus making several trips for those who can not make the trip by foot. It is highly suggested that conference attendees walk in groups. Attire for Tuesday night's event is casual. There will be a cash-only bar at the Freedom Center. States celebrating anniversaries are Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, and Iowa. During the Tuesday evening event, each state will receive recognition along with an anniversary cake for everyone to share. Cookbooks and sweatshirts may be picked at the conference. If you did not place an advanced order, you may still purchase them at the conference. Cookbooks are $15 and sweatshirts are $25. All proceeds raised through the cookbook sales will be given to the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative and proceeds from the sweatshirts sales will benefit the Autism Society of Greater Cincinnati. A table for cookbooks and sweatshirts distribution will be located next to the conference registration at the Duke Center. Cash or checks will be accepted.
