Please be aware of your institution's ethics policy when participating in conference and non-conference events.

REGISTRATION FEES:
       $250.00 - Full conference
       $150 one day registration fee

Conference Registration Deadline - Sept. 28, 2008 (registrations after this date are subject to a $25 late registration fee)
Cancellation Deadline - September 28, 2008 (last day for 100% refund-cancellations after this date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee; refund is only on conference registration).
NO REFUNDS ON or AFTER October 6, 2008

NOTE - Your 2008-2009 membership will be required with your conference registration. Once your conference registration has been submitted, your membership fees will be required, regardless of registration cancellation at any time.

September 28, 2008 is the deadline to cancel and receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between September 29, 2008 and October 6, 2008 are subject to a 50% conference registration cancellation fee (50% refund on conference registration only). NO refunds after October 6, 2008 even if you do not attend conference.  If you do not cancel and don’t attend you are responsible for the full amount of registration/membership fees and will be billed.

As a reminder if a balance from a previous event is not paid in full, you will not be permitted to register/attend future events. NOTE: If you are not a current member, your 2008-2009 membership dues will be included automatically in your registration.
