Dear MASFAA Exhibitor/Donor:
The mission of the Midwest Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (MASFAA) is to promote and provide quality administration of financial aid programs in the Midwest’s post-secondary institutions. In addition, it strives to ensure the availability of an ethical, equitable, and accessible financial aid delivery system for students attending the Midwest’s post-secondary institutions. To help meet this mission, some of MASFAA’s goals are to:
- promote membership growth and participation,
- provide ongoing training and information dissemination,
- educate legislators,
- maximize the use of available technologies,
- maintain financial solvency,
- and enhance, support, and maintain financial aid outreach activities.
MASFAA membership includes over 800 representatives from public and private educational institutions, state and federal governmental agencies, lending institutions, guarantors, service providers and others with a vested interest in the financial aid industry.

2009 MASFAA Annual Conference Information
Date: OCTOBER 18-21, 2009
Place: Marriott City Center Hotel - Minneapolis, MN
Exhibitor Booth Information:
Booths are a clothed and skirted 6Ft x 30 In table. Contact Donor Support Chair for copy of Marriott Atrium Exhibit Hall Map for room location. Please note that all refreshment breaks will be served in the Exhibit Hall. The Registration area is “next door”. Setup on Sunday (10/18/09) between 1:00 and 2:00, Tear-Down Tuesday (10/20/09) after 3:30. You may request help from Donor Support if needed.
Complimentary registrations do not include the 2009 MASFAA Annual Membership fee of $50.00. Annual Membership fees should be paid through the registration website at the time of conference registration. You may also elect to pay the 2010 Annual Membership fee at this time of $65.00 , this will be for the 2010 calendar year. Your conference registration fee waiver will be forwarded to the MASFAA Events Registration Chair.
Note: You must still register for the conference via the MASFAA’s conference registration website.
