Donor Support Opportunities - 2009/2010

Following is a summary of the support options available, along with instructions for submission.

2009-2010 Donor Support Options

Ala Carte Options

Conference Exhibit Booth at $2000

A skirted table at the annual conference including one conference registration. Conference registration does not include the $50.00 MASFAA Annual Membership fee. You must be a paid member to exhibit. Annual membership fees are paid through the registration website at the time of conference registration. The conference registration fee waiver will be forwarded to the MASFAA Events Registration Chair. Note: You must still register for the conference via the MASFAA’s conference registration website.

Newsletter Advertisement at $750

You will receive a ¼ page advertisement no larger than 3 ½" wide by 4 ½" tall in any newsletters published from January 2010 – December 31, 2010. Ad must be print ready and in .jpg or .gif format. All costs for changes to the advertising copy after the initial set-up will be the responsibility of the advertiser.

Conference Program Ad – Varies depending on ad size

Conference Program Ads submission deadline August 15, 2009 Camera-ready, exact size, high resolution pdf ads (adobe acrobat)

Full Page Conference Program Ad at $1100

Half Page Conference Program Ad at $600

Quarter Page Conference Program Ad at $350

Banner Ad – Varies

You will receive a shared banner ad on the MASFAA home webpage. The MASFAA site includes news and updates, Annual Conference information and the MASFAA membership directory. Web Advertising must be received by August 1, 2009.

$1500 Level

A standard banner ad on various pages of the MASFAA web site (rotated continually), a shared banner ad on the MASFAA home page with a link to your corporate web site plus a listing and 25-50 word description on the Advertisers' Page.

$1000 Level

A shared banner ad on the MASFAA home page with a link to your corporate web site plus a listing and 25-50 word description on the Advertisers' Page.

$750 Level

Advertiser's Page listing which includes a 25-50 word description and a link to your corporate web site.

$500 Level

A 25-50 word description on the Advertisers' Page (which could include your web address), but no direct link to your corporate web site.

IMPORTANT: All advertising agreed upon in this section will remain on the MASFAA web site twelve months beginning January 1, 2010 - December 31, 2010. Rates will not be prorated for less than a full year. All ads must be received by August 1st to run for a full year. You will provide the Web with copy to be used for your ad, text and/or graphics. Please see ad specs below. Banner ads will not be posted until full payment has been received. Normally, ads will be on the web site within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of completed layout. All costs for changes to advertising copy after the initial set-up will be the responsibility of the advertiser.

Web Ad Specifications: Banner ads must be 468 pixels X 60 pixels in .gif or .jpg format, not to exceed 20K. Ads can be supplied on disk or as an email attachment. Banner ads may be black & white or full color and may be animated. Please include your web site URL for linking the banner.

This allows you to make a contribution to the mission of MASFAA as an organization dedicated to serving the interests and needs of students and financial aid professionals. Enter your support amount below.

Executive Benefactor at $5000

Includes a conference booth with one conference registration, a ¼ newsletter advertisement in newsletters published between January 1, 2010 and December 31. 2010, Conference Program ad (any size), banner advertisement on MASFAA home page with link to your corporate website plus a listing and 25-50 word description on the Advertisers page.

Champion at $3500

Includes a conference booth with one conference registration, a ¼ newsletter advertisement in newsletters published between January 1, 2010 and December 31. 2010 and Conference Program ad.

Sustainer at $3000

Includes a conference booth with one conference registration, link to your corporate website plus a listing and 25-50 word description on the Advertisers page.

Patron at $2250

Includes a conference booth with one conference registration and a 25-50 word description on the Advertisers' Page (which could include your web address), but no direct link to your corporate web site.

Submission Information

Advertising and Support funds apply to the 2009 calendar year.
