Fees

This registration includes:

• Monday dinner.
• Tuesday breakfast.

This is not a full conference registration. It does not include sessions, other meals, preconference events, or exhibit access. Each participant is responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, other meal costs, and incidental expenses.

If you are attending the full conference, please register instead through the main MASFAA 2026 conference page.

Cancelation & Change Policies

All requests for a 100% refund must be submitted in writing to the Treasurer (treasurer@masfaaweb.net) by October 4, 2026. Late refund requests up to 15 days after the event will be considered on a case by case basis and can range from 50-100%.

Paid registration may be transferred to another individual within the same institution (and also a MASFAA Member) up to 7 days before the conference begins. Requests must be submitted to the Treasurer-Elect (treasurer-elect@masfaaweb.net) in writing to be considered.

Participant Conduct

All registrants and attendees of the annual conference must agree to abide by the MASFAA Appropriate Behavior and Conduct Clause.
