Change & Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your registration for a full refund, up to 15 days before the conference begins. After that time, you will be charged the full registration cost. Requests must be submitted to the Treasurer (treasurer@masfaaweb.net) in writing to be considered.

Registration fees may be transferred to another individual up to 7 days before the conference begins. Requests must be submitted to the Treasurer-Elect (treasurer-elect@masfaaweb.net) in writing to be considered. Transferring registration fees to another individual may require the recipient to become a MASFAA member in accordance with the registration policies for the event. Memberships are non-transferrable.

Participant Behavior & Conduct

All registrants and attendees of the annual conference must agree to abide by the MASFAA Appropriate Behavior and Conduct Clause.
